as I think your battery cables are shot. Check the connectors to the batteries to and to chassis grond (both end), on the battery.If that doesn't get you closer, check your grounds for the equipment. You can buy a drill based burring tool, which removed the perfect amount of paint to give a proper ground. Assemble grounds using dielectric grease. Take the battery to an automotive shop and ask them to check it for wellness... pepboys and the like with check them for free. Last case, Add the capaciter. Or maybe 2.
